Project Purpose
Skilled Up was engaged to provide a fully customised learning and development solution aligned to the organisations values, behaviours and core competencies. The customised solution comprised of soft skills that were scheduled as part of a learning and development calendar. Coaching and other adhoc consulting services were also provided.
Skilled Up also assisted with the design of a frontline manager program designed to be rolled out to all new managers within the organisation.

To provide a full suite of programs integrated into the organisations strategy that was evolving and continually changing. The major challenge of this was to align the programs with the strategy to ensure relevancy.
