Course Overview

Step-by-step, you will learn how to choose the best training methodologies, tools and techniques. You will also learn how to set realistic objectives to make your training exciting and easy-to-understand.

The program will provide you with theory around various systems to be used when designing a training course as well as providing best practice knowledge and methodologies around using a blended approach to learning.  Utilising a consultative learning approach, you will have the opportunity to apply all the theory gained on day 1 to develop learning content that can be used when back in the workplace.

This program is aimed at operations trainers who require the skills necessary to design training programs and materials tailored to the orgnaisation and the business units needs.
