Course Overview
Step-by-step, you will
learn how to choose the best training methodologies, tools and techniques. You
will also learn how to set realistic objectives to make your training exciting
and easy-to-understand.
The program will provide
you with theory around various systems to be used when designing a training
course as well as providing best practice knowledge and methodologies around
using a blended approach to learning.
Utilising a consultative learning approach, you will have the
opportunity to apply all the theory gained on day 1 to develop learning content
that can be used when back in the workplace.
