required to achieve a win-win outcome in a negotiation
Course Overview
The Green negotiator is built around
the Genos Emotional Intelligence Model and enables participants to take a deep
dive into their own emotional state when in a negotiation situation. Participants will
also be able to understand how emotions play a large part in any negotiation. The
models for negotiation used throughout the program, enable participants to
develop a robust process which can be easily applied in personal and professional
situations.
Target Audience
The Green Negotiator is designed for
participants who have had a small amount of experience negotiating. The course
will enable them to formulate their own negotiating style as well as provide a base on
which to build additional skills. It is typically targeted at the Frontline Employee through to
the Frontline Leader.
