Course Overview
Time is of the essence! Australians
work 12% longer in a year than the rest of the world (OECD). Employees today value
work-life balance but need assistance in order to gain this balance. Who Stole My
Time explores various tools and methods and assists individuals to recognise common
pitfalls known as time wasters. Participants are encouraged to create some ‘good
practices’ for themselves in order to be able to implement them back in the workplace.
Understanding energy levels and recognising the impact diet and exercise has on
ensuring we are more effective in the workplace plays a big impact on our productivity
as well as our self-management.
