By undertaking
this program you will be able to:
- Recognise the seven skills of
effective Emotional Intelligence In high impact selling
- Apply the Emotional Intelligence (EI)
- enhancement cycle to the development of high impact sales
- Develop techniques for recognising
one's own and others' effective Emotional Intelligence - based sales behaviours
- Have a clear understanding of one's
own current level of EI effectiveness within a sales context
- Develop an action plan for enhancing
the demonstration of emotionally intelligent behaviours to transform yourself
at work
Course Overview
In this program sales staff will
explore how Emotional Intelligence relates to high impact sales and learn how
understanding an influencing their emotions impact those of their clients.
Participants are provided with an insight into how their current demonstration
of emotional intelligence assists or hinders their sales performance. Every
participant in the workshop will receive a personalised Emotional Intelligence
self assessment. This workshop is facilitated by an accredited emotional
intelligence coach.

This course is suitable for anyone in
a sales related role who needs to develop deeper insights into themselves and
their prospects or clients.
