Course Overview

The Team Discovery Workshop utilses TMI (Team Management Index), MBTI (Myers Briggs Type Indicator) or Belbin. These assessments are recognised as the foremost integrated system of work-based, research proven assessments and feedback instruments world wide.

Each person attending the workshop receives an individual Profile. The profiles are then debriefed in the workshop and shared with the entire team. The team would then develop teamwork and communication strategies to learn the pros and cons of team and individual communication. Not only does this course enhance the performance of a team, it also is useful for people who are managing diverse stakeholder groups.
