Instructional Design
Instructional Design. What the?
Google
instructional design, and you’ll come up with some pretty heavy phrases that
require a psychology dictionary to work them out. Admittedly, it can sound like
garbage. But actually, it’s proven to work.
We just
avoid the jargon.
For those
straight shooters, instructional design is simply a practice of maximising the
effectiveness and efficiency of a learning experience………That’s enough time to
think about it!
Our approach is to ask the
question, “how will THEY get the most out of the experience and what do WE need
to put in place to create the desired outcome?” So, once we determine what an
individual or group needs to achieve, we then design a program that best
achieves the desired outcome. Not so Clockwork Orange after all! |
