The Team Discovery workshop utilises a TMI (Team Management Index). TMI is recognised as the foremost integrated system of work-based, research-proven assessments and feedback instruments worldwide.

Each person attending the workshop receives an individual Team Management Profile. The profiles are then debriefed in the workshop and shared with the entire team. The team would then develop teamwork and communication strategies to learn the pros and cons of team communication. Not only does this course enhance the performance of a team but it is also useful for people in a sales or customer facing role.
