Course Overview
In this program sales staff will explore how Emotional Intelligence relates to high impact sales and learn how understanding and influencing their own and prospects emotions will enhance their sales results. During the workshop participants will be provided with insights into how their current demonstration of emotional intelligence helps or hinders their current sales performance. Every participant in the workshop will receive a personalised Emotional Intelligence self assessment. The workshop is facilitated by an accredited emotional intelligence coach.
